You agree that your use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT acknowledges that you have  read this license, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS  OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, DO  NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. 1. LICENSE GRANT The SOFTWARE PRODUCT   is licensed, not  sold,  to you  by AUTHOR for  use only under  the   terms  of   this  License,   and  AUTHOR  reserves  any  rights not expressly granted to you. 1.1 LICENSE TYPES AUTHOR provides the following types of licenses - EVALUATION LICENSE(TRIAL MODE), SINGLE USER LICENSE, SMALL BUSINESS LICENSE, BUSINESS PRO LICENSE. The licenses differ in the product features' availability. The "Feature Comparison Table" is available on the DoneEx web site http://www.DoneEx.com Before purchasing a license, you have to install the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and verify that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is working correctly and as expected on your computer. With the SMALL BUSINESS and BUSINESS PRO licenses, you are granted a one-year maintenance period of technical support and SOFTWARE PRODUCT updates from the date  of purchase.  Upon expiration, you need to renew maintenance to obtain another year of technical support and SOFTWARE PRODUCT updates, otherwise you may stay with  the latest version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT which is covered by your latest maintenance  period. The renewal maintenance price does not exceed 30% of current price of the license. With the SINGLE USER license, you are granted a one-year maintenance period of technical support and SOFTWARE PRODUCT updates from the date of purchase. The SINGLE USER license is not qualified for maintenance renewal. 1.2 EVALUATION LICENSE ENTITLEMENT The EVALUATION LICENSE ENTITLEMENT only applies when you  obtain a copy of  the SOFTWARE PRODUCT  for the  first  time.   You  may  use  the  Evaluation (Trial) Version  of the  SOFTWARE  PRODUCT for  a  30-day evaluation  period.  After the evaluation period, if  you want  to  continue to use   the SOFTWARE PRODUCT  you must purchase the   required  number  of  Single User  Licenses  (or  Business PRO or Small Business License) from  AUTHOR. Packages created with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT under EVALUATION LICENSE are able to work for 3 days, CANNOT be used for commercial purpose, and contain the references to AUTHOR and SOFTWARE  PRODUCT. 1.3 SINGLE USER LICENSE ENTITLEMENT The SINGLE  USER LICENSE ENTITLEMENT only  applies after  you have purchased the SINGLE USER LICENSE  from AUTHOR. AUTHOR grants  to  you a   personal, non-transferable  and  non-exclusive  right to   use the    copy  of  the   SOFTWARE  PRODUCT provided   with this  License. The SINGLE USER LICENSE  authorizes you to    use  one  copy  of  the   version of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT  on a single computer. Packages created with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT under SINGLE USER LICENSE CANNOT be used for commercial purpose and contain the references to AUTHOR and SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The maintenance period for SINGLE USER license is limited for one year from the date of purchase. The SINGLE USER license is not qualified for maintenance renewal. You are NOT authorized to compile EXCEL files from third party developers. You are NOT authorized to use our product as a SERVICE to third party developers. 'NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USAGE' text will appear on the compiled application (exe) file. 1.4 SMALL BUSINESS LICENSE ENTITLEMENT The  SMALL BUSINESS LICENSE ENTITLEMENT only  applies after  you have  purchased the SMALL BUSINESS LICENSE from AUTHOR. AUTHOR grants  to  you a   personal, non-transferable  and  non-exclusive  right to   use the    copy  of  the   SOFTWARE  PRODUCT provided   with this  License. The SMALL BUSINESS LICENSE authorizes you to use one  copy  of  the   version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT  on a single computer. The maintenance period for SMALL BUSINESS license is limited for one year. Packages created with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT under SMALL BUSINESS LICENSE can be used for commercial purpose and contain the references to AUTHOR and SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You are NOT authorized to compile EXCEL files from third party developers. You are NOT authorized to use our product as a SERVICE to third party developers. 1.5 BUSINESS PRO LICENSE ENTITLEMENT The BUSINESS PRO LICENSE ENTITLEMENT  only applies  after you  have purchased  the BUSINESS PRO LICENSE from AUTHOR. AUTHOR grants  to  you a   personal, non-transferable  and  non-exclusive  right to   use the    copy  of  the   SOFTWARE  PRODUCT provided   with this  License. The BUSINESS PRO LICENSE authorizes you to use one  copy  of  the   version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT  on a single computer. The maintenance period for BUSINESS PRO license is limited for one year. Packages created with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT under BUSINESS PRO LICENSE can be used for commercial purpose and contain the references to AUTHOR and SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You are NOT authorized to compile EXCEL files from third party developers. You are NOT authorized to use our product as a SERVICE to third party developers. 2. NO REFUND No refund is given at any time, unless authorized by the AUTHOR under unexpected circumstances.The AUTHOR reserves the right to provide refunds, or make any commercially reasonable efforts to solve any issues at his discretion. Please contact the AUTHOR to see if you qualify for a refund. 4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN  "AS IS" BASIS. AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL  WARRANTIES RELATING  TO THIS  SOFTWARE, WHETHER  EXPRESSED OR  IMPLIED, INCLUDING  BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER AUTHOR NOR ANYONE ELSE  WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE  CREATION, PRODUCTION,  OR DELIVERY  OF THIS  SOFTWARE SHALL  BE LIABLE  FOR ANY  INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO  USE SUCH  SOFTWARE, EVEN  IF AUTHOR  HAS BEEN  ADVISED OF  THE POSSIBILITY  OF SUCH DAMAGES OR  CLAIMS.  THE  PERSON USING  THE SOFTWARE  BEARS ALL  RISK AS  TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE. 5.
